Donald P. Ash: Vice President / Broker:
I am a retired Police Lieutenant of the Wilmington Police Department. I received my B.S. Degree from California State University in Los Angeles, CA in 1968. I began my real estate career in 1979 at Century 21 Goldsborough. In 1993 I joined RE/MAX Associates, Inc. and became the Broker of Record in 2001. I have chaired and served on numerous committees for the New Castle County Board of Realtors (NCCBOR) and have been an instructor for 13 years. I am a member of the RE/MAX Platinum Club and a Lifetime Member of the NCCBOR Million Dollar Club. My main areas of expertise are foreclosure and Real Estate Owned (REO's) properties. My team consists of Ana Vasquez (licensed) and Bo Upton (Assistant).
