Company Profile:   In 1990 we opened RE/MAX Brandywine with an office on Rockland Road, with Jim Welch as the Broker of Record, owners Mary Beth Adelman and Merle Ward, and approximately five agents. Don Ash became our Broker of Record for the Brandywine Office in October 2001. In 1991 RE/MAX Christiana in Suburban Plaza, Newark, Delaware was opened with Paul Faust as the Broker of Record, and owners George B. Cury and Mary Beth Adelman.

In 1997 we completed a merger of the two offices. We are now RE/MAX Associates Inc. and we enjoy the largest RE/MAX agency in the state of Delaware. We have the highest market share and a total of over 85 licensed agents through our two office locations. In 2003, the company performed over $349 million in sales.

Our company also represents many of the local builders and regional builders. We have the expertise of new construction agents on staff as well.
